In our Pre-IB classes one of the subjects is Approaches to Learning, which is meant to prepare them better for the IBDP. In these classes the students are taught to think of ‘critical things’, which competencies do you need and how to acquire them.
The students have been introduced to various content, including the work of Turkish digital designer Uğur Gallenkuş.
During an online presentation with this photographer, they analyzed his work and presented their findings in class. The students posed critical questions during the live online presentation, leading to engaging discussions.
