Fall break is rapidly approaching as the university application cycle is now open and accepting student applications. One of the biggest hurdles our students face is writing their personal statements or motivation letters.

A good personal statement conveys a student’s life of learning and the values they live by into a story for the university admissions officer to read. From this statement, the admission officer gets a clear picture of where the student is now, what they have done to get there, and where they will be heading in the future once they complete their university degree.

Our college counselors Mr Beau Evans is here to help our students with their personal statement and provide written feedback on however many drafts it takes for their personal statement to be crystal clear. Understanding that it takes multiple drafts to get a concise personal statement is not something the students like to hear, but we only get one chance to make a first impression with an admissions officer.

We help the student and encourage them to write early, and be ok with making multiple rounds of revision to their.
