On 30 April, Grade 10 Business Studies students showcased their understanding of business productivity through group presentations, analysing how well-known companies maintain and improve operational efficiency.
Team One — Daniel, Ezra, and Giel — spoke about Audi, a German car company. They explained how Audi uses modern machines, robots, and smart factories to make cars faster and better. These methods help Audi save time and reduce waste.
Team Two — Ahana, Imogen, and Leonie — presented on Jumbo Supermarket, a popular store in the Netherlands. They showed how Jumbo trains its workers well, manages its supplies smartly, and follows the “7 Certainties” to give customers good service. All of this helps the store work smoothly and stay productive.
The presentations clearly showed the students’ extensive research and teamwork, giving the class a practical understanding of productivity in different sectors such as automotive and retail.
